Hello there, my name is Ron Domstead. I recently moved to Seattle from Sacramento, CA. I got my start in Austin, TX in February of 1995, tattooing along the way in all major points on the east coast. I worked with a lot of amazingly skilled traditional tattooers. I picked up knowledge of Bowery flash designs, machine building, water color, and all the skills that made the old timers great. I really romanticizie the straight forward--bold will hold-- time honored tattoo imagery that isnt't mistakable for anything else but tattoos. I am not staying in the past; I am making sure tradition is not forgotten.
I feel I am strongest artistically at Traditional Americana and Japanese style. I do custom tattoos as well as traditional designs. Along with tattooing I also build tattoo machines, paint, and do assmeblages.
